Play equipment, whiteboards, projectors, digital cameras, books for the children are just some of the items purchased by the PTA.

All parents automatically become PTA members when their children start school.   The role of the PTA committee is two-fold.   It provides a communication link between parents and the school and also provides financial support to the school by organising fund-raising events such as

and social activities.   Recently, PTA funds have financed the interactive whiteboards and swimming pool insulation/dust cover, together with outside activity play equipment around the main playgrounds.

They have also provided class reading books and funding for works in the playground to provide a central quiet area with trees and tables. It has now purchased a minibus.

The PTA is elected annually at the AGM, which is held in September. Any new parents wishing to serve on the committee should make this information available to the office in early September.

Active parental support is vital to the well being of the school.   Help is always required.   Please do support us whenever you can.
